We are network engineers who write software, which is rarer than it should be.

We lead the development of IXP Manager, the open-source platform that runs 270 internet exchanges around the world. We also build bespoke provisioning, CRM and integration systems for operators, so that the network, the customer record and the invoice all agree with each other.

Our billing platform is now a company in its own right: Island Bridge Billing Systems provides hosted billing for telecoms and utilities.
