Good network design is mostly about the failure cases: what happens when a fibre is cut, a router reboots, a transit provider leaks a full table, or the one engineer who understood the design leaves.
Design
We start with your requirements and what you have today, then produce a design that is scalable, supportable and appropriate to your budget. That covers routing protocol choices, addressing, routing policy, redundancy, management and monitoring, and a realistic migration path from where you are now.
Independent review
Most networks grow by accretion. Years of small, reasonable decisions add up to something nobody would design on purpose: hidden single points of failure, undocumented dependencies, and configuration that only one person understands.
Our review looks at your network the way an experienced operator would. We cover the physical and logical architecture, device configuration, routing policy and security, monitoring and alerting, documentation, change and incident processes, backups, and the people and suppliers you depend on.
If a vendor, integrator or in-house team has already produced a design, we can verify it before you commit. And we can audit a project as it’s delivered, checking that what was built matches what was specified and paid for.
What you get
A written report with findings ranked by risk, and a practical roadmap. We write it in two layers: technical detail your engineers can act on, and an executive summary your board, audit committee or regulator can read.
It’s for boards that need assurance, operators preparing for NIS2, CER or DORA, organisations that have just taken over a network through acquisition or a change of supplier, and anyone who has a nagging feeling that the network is more fragile than it looks.
